A full range of catering options can be supplied either direct in your meeting room or in one of our catering spaces.

We can personalise any menu to suit your needs, and options are available for all dietary needs - Vegan / Gluten Free / Dairy Free / etc

Sample menu for meetings and conferences

Menu Option 1

  • A variety of sandwiches (up to 6 simple fillings)
  • 1 round of sandwiches per person
  • Served with Walkers crisps
  • 2 items from simple buffet selection
  • Homemade cakes or fresh fruit kebabs
  • Orange juice and bottled water
  • For all dietary needs, salads can be provided as an alternative

Menu Option 2

  • A variety of sandwiches (up to 3 simple and 3 luxury fillings)
  • 1.5 rounds of sandwiches per person (6 quarters)
  • Served with Walkers crisps
  • 1 item each from simple and luxury buffet selection
  • Homemade cakes or fresh fruit kebabs
  • Orange juice and bottled water

Menu Option 3

  • A variety of sandwiches (up to 3 simple and 3 luxury fillings)
  • 3 quarters of a round of sandwiches per person
  • Served with Walkers crisps
  • 2 items from ‘simple buffet selection’
  • 2 items from ‘luxury buffet selection’
  • Homemade cakes or fresh fruit kebabs
  • Orange juice and bottled water

  • Vegetable crudities with 2 dips & tortilla chips
  • Indian bites, with vegetable samosas & onion bhajis and served with mango chutney
  • Mozzarella, cherry tomato & basil crostinis
  • Cherry tomato, mozzarella & olive sticks
  • Tomato, red onion & basil bruschettes with olive oil & black pepper topped with pesto sauce
  • Oriental vegetable spring rolls with sweet chilli dip
  • Mozzarella fingers with sweet chilli dip

  • Smoked salmon & cream cheese on toasted brown bread triangles
