The Essex Archaeology Conference:

The Essex Archaeology Conference: Recent Research & Discoveries in Essex will take place at the Essex Record Office on Saturday 3 October. There will be 14 talks on a variety of subjects throughout the day, as well as opportunities to view stands of local archaeological organisations in the breakout rooms. 

The conference will be an opportunity to summarise the historic environment work and discoveries that have taken place in our county since the last conference in 2008, and to review current archaeological knowledge.
